Characteristics of heat transfer oil heating element
This type of product is the most common oil heater on the market. Electric oil heater, also known as "oil-filled heater", is a popular safe and reliable space heater. It is mainly composed of sealed electric heating elements, metal heat pipes or fins, temperature control elements, and indicator lights. The cavity of this heater is filled with YD series new heat-conducting oil. Its structure is that the electric heating pipe is installed under a cavity with many heat sinks, and heat-conducting oil is injected around the electric heating pipe in the cavity. When the power is turned on, the heat transfer oil around the electric heating pipe is heated, rises to the upper part of the cavity, circulates convection along the heat pipe or the heat sink, and radiates the heat through the surface of the cavity wall, thereby heating the space environment and achieving the purpose of heating. Then, the heat transfer oil cooled by the air descends around the electric heating tube and is heated again, starting a new cycle. This kind of heater is generally equipped with bimetal temperature control element. When the oil temperature reaches the set temperature, the temperature control element disconnects the power supply by itself. The surface temperature of the electric oil heater is relatively low, generally not more than 85 ℃, even if it touches the human body, it will not cause burns. The mainstream products on the market include: ordinary heat sink type - the heat sink has 7, 9, 11, 13, etc., and the power used is about 1200~2000 watts. It is safe, hygienic, smoke-free, dust-free and odorless. It is suitable for places where people can easily touch the heater, such as living rooms, bedrooms, aisles, etc. It is more suitable for families with the elderly and children. The product has good sealing and insulation, and it is not easy to be damaged, and the service life is more than 5 years. The disadvantage is that the thermal inertia is large, the temperature rise is slow, the solder joints are too many, and the quality problems of oil leakage from the solder joints may occur in long-term use.
